ITJ's professional services team has acquired hands-on experience through successfully delivering projects on an organisational, regional and global scale. A sample of projects includes:
Sighting identified that there was a serious risk that new network services (IBCS) would be delayed though the lack of experienced resources which would impact the client’s competitive position.
Formulating produced the detailed design for the new technical architecture which involved management of the Service Provider’s third party partners and the technical validation of their designs.
Delivering ensured that the desired IBCS was live on-time and to budget.Gauging recorded that the desired performance improvements were achieved 4 months after ‘go-live’.
Sighting verified senior managements view that they needed to get new IRCS to market in front of the competition.
Formulating produced a unified (business and technology) detailed design, for an online banking and TV on demand service platform.
Delivering produced these services on-time and to budget. In addition, the Client’s company value increased to a point that enabled overriding objective - a buyout.
It was clearly identified during sighting that customer satisfaction was falling and, whilst current contracts protected the business in the short-term, a major improvement in business performance was urgently needed.
The formulating work produced new and redesigned business processes, fully supported by the new IBCS. In addition, a revised organisation structure was implemented making customer service more responsive and more cost effective.
Delivering ensured that all business changes, technology changes plus the associated training was delivered to plan and gauging recorded an increase in customer satisfaction of over 45%.
Sighting identified that the client needed to increase customer satisfaction but also that, given the current services, they could not achieve this goal without a significant increase in operational cost.
Formulating saw the design of a new architecture for IBCS that integrated the Bank’s international business operations.
Delivering the IBCS ensured that the following performance improvements were achieved: Reduced operational cost, increased business productivity and increased customer satisfaction.
Sighting identified that the organisation was segmented and, owing to this structure, the increase in information flow was increasing costs disproportionately.
Formulating produced a complete redesign of the global architecture for an IBCS to accommodate the increase in communication traffic whilst reducing cost. The production of this solution also required the management of the client’s 3rd party vendors
Delivering implemented a global design that achieved the required operational costs for the traffic volumes and enabled the client to transition from a regional to a global structure.
Sighting confirmed the improved business value of IBCS involving other organisations to achieve SWAPs on the distribution (shipping) of chemicals.
Formulating delivered a design that, at quite an early stage of the work, could be shared and discussed with other organisations, and would enable a significant cost saving for all parties.
Delivering produced an innovative IBCS that supported SWAPs with the resulting improvements to business performance.
